Our first family pet experience couldn’t have been simpler with Charlotte Dog Club! They were expedient with all communication and information regarding our two puppies. We also felt the warmth and enthusiasm of the employees for all of their puppies – it made us happy to know the pups are loved and cared for in the early days of their lives. I would recommend this dog club to anyone!

We have had a great experience from the start. Communication has been great. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful from the follow-up phone calls to the 24-hour question line. We would highly recommend Charlotte Dog Club if you are looking to add a puppy to your family as we could not be happier with the newest addition to ours!!

We had a great experience adoption our puppy. The staff is professional and responsive. They answered all of our questions before and after the adoption and guided us through the entire process. The curbside adoption was very smooth and safe given the current climate. Our new puppy Bentley is healthy and happy!

We purchased our second mini bernedoodle from Charlotte Dog Club and could not be more happy with our experience. We didn’t have the option to go through this club when we purchased our first one or we would definitely have done so. From the initial interaction and purchase process through the pick up and puppy instructions, they did not leave a question unanswered. The amount of times they followed up after our purchase makes it clear they care greatly for the puppies and their clients. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.
